Double Room Wanted

Hi, my name is Mark.

I’m a mature-open minded, professional gay man working in anaesthetics at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton. I am also a volunteer Chaplain.
My schedule is quite structured;
I work four days a week (08:00–18:00) and one on-call night shift each week. Additionally, I am on-call one weekend a month and most other weekends I travel to Essex to visit my mum, so I’m often away for part of the weekend.

My ideal home share would be in a fairly quiet, smoke-free environment. I am a non-smoker, rarely drink alcohol.
I am respectful of others and their property and take pride in making home a nice place for us.
I always maintain the spaces I rent, keeping them clean, tidy, and well-cared for.

I enjoy cooking and would love the occasional opportunity to share a meal or a relaxing evening with my housemate.
While I’m not in a rush to move, I’d consider the right opportunity. My preferred locations are Brighton, Hove, and Ovingdean.

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s the coast or the countryside and activities related to my Christian faith.
