I am looking for an affordable room or flat share from January 2022 onwards in Derby, Tibshelf, Morton, Alfreton, Belper, Stenson, Matlock, Swanwick, even maybe Wirksworth at a push I am working at present for Cleehill Plant Hire in Chesterfield but looking to relocate to Derby as I have applied for a job in Derby as a Community l get paid last Thursday of the month at present and looking for a double room preferably Ensuite or even Studio apartment, flat etc. I am happy to share with Males or Females, I am 53 and have a house in Spain. I am in UK as I need to come back to UK due to financial circumstances and low employment chances in Spain. And if I do share and get friends out of this also they maybe invited to come to Spain and stay at my place for a great cheap holiday. I would like my fiancee and friends to stopover for the night, Mainly weekends so an understanding landlord and flatmates would be appreciated. But I will respect the house rules at all times
