Description
I am aged 29 looking for a room in a house/flat share, or whole single / studio apartments. I am available to move in during the next few weeks and have a budget of around £750 per month.
I would also be interesting in buddying up and renting a house or flat as a group, for example there are some houses for rent in Hayfield and New mills (Derbyshire) for around £1000 / month which would be affordable for me but only if I was splitting the rent.
In would also be interested in a flat share in Manchester city centre, or a house/flat share in Withington / Didsbury area (south Manchester).
I like cycling, some hiking. Cafes, occasional gigs. Film nights. I work from home, Monday-Friday (so need a room with space for my desk).
Thanks
Tom
