🏠 PRIVATE RENTAL WANTED – LONDON ZONES 1–6
***Separate/ full Studio or 1 bed flat, NOT A ROOM OR SHARED House/Flat***

Professional, full-time employed tenant looking for a large self-contained studio or 1-bedroom flat anywhere within London Zones 1–6.

Looking for:
• Large studio or 1-bedroom property
• Entire property — not a room in a shared house/flat
• Furnished or unfurnished
• One parking space required (medium car)

I am a reliable, quiet, clean and respectful professional tenant looking for a long-term home.

I have an excellent 18-month rental history with my current London landlord, who is happy to provide a glowing reference. I can also provide a reference from my previous landlord in Ottawa, Canada, where I rented for 3 years prior to moving back to the UK.

References available upon request, and any other reasonable documentation required.

If you have a suitable property available, or know of anything coming up, please send me a message with details, location and monthly rent.

Looking for a November or December move in date. I'm happy to sign a 12 month lease.

📩 Genuine enquiries and private landlords welcome.
