ROOM/STUDIO WANTED TO RENT – ST ALBANS (AL3)

Hi everyone,

I’m a mature, full-time working professional looking for a new home in St Albans (AL3), ideally within a 3-mile radius.

I have been living with a family in St Albans for over six years, and they would be happy to provide references. Unfortunately, they are selling their property and planning to move to another area of England, so I am now looking for a new place to call home.

I’m looking for:

A furnished studio flat, one-bedroom flat, or furnished room in a family home with a live-in landlord.
A private bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, ideally for my exclusive use.
Location: St Albans (AL3), within a 3-mile radius.
Maximum budget: £800 per month, inclusive of council tax, electricity, gas, water, and broadband/Wi-Fi.
Ideally, a one-month deposit would be acceptable.
Parking available, preferably a driveway or allocated on-street parking.
An English-speaking household preferred.

I’m also an animal lover and would be delighted to share a home with pets. 🐾
