I’m 37 , no vices, no drinking, no drugs, I drive a motorcycle, I’m into computers, I never have issues with paying rent, I have uc, I have student maintenance loan, I am not noisy, no parties, I work as a delivery part time, I am studying for a degree in Psychology as a Counsellor. I volunteer etc

Ideally I am looking for a whole property, from a studio to a one bedroom, I might even consider a 2 bedroom depending if it’s a good deal, I have very good references, no criminal record, in fact I was working with met police in the past, all checks are welcome.

I have selected all areas of London and I am open from shorter terms to longer terms 3 month to 3 years (I have 3 years of university left)

Like I said, ideally a whole property as I like my life quiet and private, but would probably consider house sharing with 1 person that is not home much or travels a lot, ideally whole property to myself, flexible budget here depending on terms, depending on location and conditions
