In Corby or in Skegness looking for room to rent

Dear Landlord,

I am looking for a large single room or for a smaller double to rent for myself and to move closer to my workplace. I can be a live in housekeeper/cleaner and property care taker/gardener as well.
I have retired from a massive international logistics Company Distribution Centre as a Stock Controller. I have done always afternoon shifts.
I do not smoke and I am a non-drinker. I like cleanliness, I am polite and quiet and show respect to others.
I myself like driving, cooking, shopping, walking, watching TV, surfing on Internet, reading about news, rumours and current events.
I am open minded and have a good sense of humour
I would like to rent your room for a longer time 1 month to 6 months.
I am planning to pay my rent monthly as online bank transfer.
My housemates can be females and males. I do not mind if they smoke until they do it outside. I prefer English language but other tongues do not bother me.
