Seek self contained studio, annex for mature ind

Hi there,
I'm stable mature and respectful and seeking a self contained studio, annex or similar space for a long term living arrangement.

I'd also be interested in a buddy up!

I'm a dual Amer/Brit citizen, quiet and considerate. Retired but travel quite a bit and have a boyfriend in Devon who I stay with frequently.
I'm financially secure but would like to lower my overheads - more travel :)

I don't have any pets and don't smoke.

House/pet sitting, garden, PA or online business/tech support as well if needed.

Thanks for reading and look forward to hearing from you!
