Hi,

I am an educated, clean, single, responsible, self-employed professional writer, life/success coach and entrepreneur. I'm also an all-raw vegan. :-)

I’m seeking VERY quiet (please), private, pref. Sole Occupancy accommodation (i. e. lone occupant of an apartment [top floor please, wherever possible], or lone occupancy of a detached house, a boat, a lighthouse/cabin, an annexe/loft/basement, etc. - although, other living arrangements [i. e. shared] would be considered if ideal both ways) in a low/zero-crime area - so that I may have peace of mind to write my books/screenplays and have a 24-7 home base (since selling my last property and then working all around the UK, I’m weary of hotel life).

I am pref. not really looking for any shared facilities (although, again, shared facilities would be considered, if ideal both ways); so, flat-shares/house-shares/students in building, etc. would not necessarily be a typical ideal fit for me (oftentimes I also work Online through the night/weekends - so require daytime peace also [so as to sleep]). I do not ever smoke, nor drink, nor use narcotics (nor do I wish these 3 things going on nearby); nor do I have any pets or children.

I am not a party creature at all, although I am very sociable and very friendly/caring. I do not follow football, etc. (current affairs/politics/personal development are more my key interests) nor do I watch MSM TV. I am, however, Online most days. I enjoy interesting discussions (the deeper the better). I am a spiritual person (‘New Thought’ philosophy, Ho'oponopono, Shamanism, etc.). I am a mature, stayed, responsible, peaceful, creative individual.

I thus seek secure, tidy, homely, VERY quiet accommodation please - pref. with driveway parking. Any ancillary facilities (such as a washing machine, etc.) would be very useful, although are not essential. I am able to pay 6-12 months rent in advance... for the right place. I would also prefer the rent to be an all-inclusive figure (however, this pref. doesn't exclude any other arrangements which could otherwise be ideal).

It’s been lain out the way it is because I’ve sadly been given a detrimental run-around a few times via here - so, have had to cover all bases (in an attempt to dissuade the unscrupulous/chancers/scatter-shot marketers, etc.)] :-)
