I am an educated, clean, single, responsible, self-employed professional Writer.

I’m seeking VERY quiet (please), private, pref. Sole Occupancy accommodation - i. e. lone occupancy of a self-contained apartment (top floor please, wherever possible) or lone occupancy of a detached house/moored boat/a cabin/an annexe/a loft/a basement, etc. in a low-crime area - so I may have peace of mind to write my books/screenplays and have a 24-7 home base.

I'm pref. not really looking for any shared facilities - so flat-shares/house-shares/student accom, etc. would not necessarily be an ideal fit for me (I oftentimes also work Online throughout the nights/weekends - so seek daytime peace [so as to sleep]).

I do not smoke nor drink nor use narcotics (nor do I desire these 3 things occurring nearby); nor do I have any pets nor children.

I'm a mature, stayed, responsible, peaceful, creative individual. I'm not a party creature at all - although I am very sociable and very friendly/caring. I do not follow football, etc., nor do I watch mainstream media TV. I am, however, Online daily. Current affairs/politics/comedy/personal development/philosophies are more my key interests. I enjoy interesting discussions (the deeper the better). I'm furthermore a spiritual person (specifically ‘New Thought’ philosophy... with a 'Brahma Kumaris' tinge).

I thus seek secure, tidy, homely, very quiet accommodation please - pref. with driveway parking. Any ancillary facilities (such as a washing machine, etc.) would be useful - although, are not essential. I'd prefer the rent to be an all-inclusive figure, wherever possible.
