I am seeking a long term, quiet, annexe or self contained property in Newquay ideally, as it's where my family are, (Currently renting in Redruth) but would consider surrounding areas as long as there is public transport close by, as I don't drive. I might consider a quiet, smaller house-share but due to ADHD, I much prefer calm, peaceful places with not too many other people.
I'm a part-time photography student with the Open University and I walk/sit dogs and claim Universal Credit. I would be happy to walk and sit your pets as part of the tenancy too as I love dogs/animals and rarely go away on holidays.
My maximum budget is £700pcm excluding bills or 800pcm all included.
