Lovely gal looking for a room

Hello,

I'm a professional working full time.
I enjoy gardening and spending time outdoors, hiking, swimming, surfing.
I enjoy cooking and sharing delicious healthy food. I also play violin and a bit of guitar. Am looking to live with semi like minded folks, have interesting conversations and also our own space!

I have a car so require parking, I also have a bike and some watersports equipment so use of a garage or shed would be ideal.

I am a clean and tidy person who tends to wash my dishes as soon as they are used. I enjoy living in shared houses where everyone cares enough to do some chores and cleaning and are considerate of other people. Im not really interested in living in a party house, but am OK to socialise or share meals here and there. I dont want to live in a house where everyone stays in their room all the time and doesnt interact at all.

I've lived in shared houses before and like to be considerate and live in a considerate environment. I'm play folk music so am OK living with other musicians too!
