Time for a change of scenery!

I'm a 33yo guy from Devon, into travel (I've lived and worked in multiple countries), tech (when it's working), motorbikes (I have one), dogs (I used to have one), fitness (I'm doing a half marathon later this year). I work as a data scientist for an company related to electric vehicles; WFH two or three days a week.

# Where

I've spent two years in this lovely two-bed flat in Clapham/Balham. It's a great area, and I think I'll want to stay - I love spending time on the Common, and I have mates around here.

Given I have a motorbike, off-road parking (even a tiny sliver of land to please the insurance company) would be excellent, but not essential - in Wandsworth I can park anywhere, and Lambeth has a decent amount of motorbike parking areas.

# Who

I'm ideally looking for people similar to me (age, professional, mindset, etc), and I want a reasonably social flat. I'd love flatmates who I can actually hang out with, chat with, become friends with. I'm not one for regular parties, although in my current place, every 6 weeks or so, I invite up to a dozen friends over for some drinks and snacks, to meet each other and catch up - it would be great to continue this!
