Mature, older, professional MAR 2026 move in date.

Hi,

I am looking for a room to rent beginning late Feb or early March 2026 for a minimum of six months or a year.. My job is currently hybrid remote and I work from home about 4 days per week - I can make sure those Amazon deliveries get picked up!

I am tidy, considerate, quiet, and chill. I mostly keep home time to myself but happy to socialize form time to time. I have many hobbies, including acoustic/classical guitar, reading, photography, cooking, gardening, hiking, and more. I also enjoy DIY projects, from home to auto care. Happy to help out in those areas.

I play acoustic guitar and like to practice - but will totally work around your schedule.

My budget for rent is 800 at the top. I like London, but its not exactly value for money here, so open to the outskirts and surrounding areas where its a bit cheaper - just need a station and Tesco nearby.
