Me and my cat are seeking a long term let.

Hello! I'm an extrovert with introvert tendencies 49 year-old with an 8 year old cat called Matthew or Matty who prefers to be the only animal in a home and unfortunately has to be indoor only due to a past trauma and like any other cat likes to wonder around and do zoomies. We seek a friendly, respectful housemate(s) who like cats in a space with great wifi with bills included, so I can make and save money at the same time. Currently my wifi connection is terrible and it is restricting my employment options.

I have epilepsy, however I have now not had a seizure for 4.5 years as a medication combination has been worked out which is effective. I'm a professional currently actively looking for work. I'm also a vegan.

I'm not a house party type of person because I don't drink alcohol as it is a trigger for my seizures, but I am sociable and enjoy going to watch the Newcastle Eagles play, to Rock Choir, and out for meals/to cafes, and to occasionally see a musical. Random events tend to catch my eye to be honest.

In previous house shares, I have been respectful of communal spaces regarding cleanliness, personal space and food and drink choices.
