Hi, I’m James, 26, and I’m a young professional working in procurement. I’m currently looking for a friendly house share from October in Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire, as I’m based in Milton Keynes & London for work.

I’m sociable and enjoy a chat or the occasional shared dinner, but I also really value personal space and respect others privacy. I’m tidy, considerate, and easy to live with and I like keeping shared spaces clean and being mindful of everyone’s routines.
