Looking for a studio/1 bed accommodation in a quiet and safe place in/near Earlsdon, or Chapel Fields. (CV5)
Ideally good bus routes to the CV4 area.
Looking to move in end of April/Start of May. The length of the tenancy would also need to be flexible too please.
Would like a quiet and tidy place.
I'll also be working from home from time to time. So a room with a good table/desk and chair, with great internet is needed.
A place that's fully furnished, all bills included, and has good heating. Know it may get warmer in the summer, but I get cold easily at night/in the winter, so would like a good place with good heating/insulation. A room with good ventilation/aeration is needed please due to allergies.
Have a budget of about £500-650 (including all bills).
