2 bed female ONLY flat (MAX. 800)

Hi!

Looking for a 2 bed flat in a quiet and safe place in/near Oldham, Manchester. Ideally would need to have a good public connection to and from here. Hoping to get along with who ever I share the place with!

Looking to move in between the 1st - 5th of November (might be open to the last week of October depending on the place).

Would like a quiet and tidy place.
A place that's fully furnished, all bills included, and has good heating. Know it gets warmer in the summer, but I get cold easily at night/in the winter. So would like a good place with good heating/insulation.
A room with good ventilation/aeration is needed please due to allergies.

I'll also be working from home from time to time. So I need a table/desk and chair, with great internet.

I love to spend my time exploring new places, trying new foods, cooking, reading, and writing. Also love seeing musicals and going to concerts as well (although I have a wide range of music tastes).
Overall, I am a very chill and quiet person who respects boundaries. I also like keeping my place tidy and clean.

Budget is between £700-800 (bills included).
