Can provide good references from previous tenancies if required. My Current landlord is a farmer and very difficult to get hold of. Sadly the house I live in is falling into disrepair and hes not doing anything productive about fixing it up to meet UK Standards, as well as very nasty neighbours.
Ive decided to downsize and save up, to move upwards in life.
Looking for ideally an en-suite.
I Like to cook, meditate, exercise, active and outdoorsy, but very free spirited, very direct and honest, music, singing, danicing and acting iis my life and currently on my path to making this my career forever.
I need to be able to sing in my room freely, atleast a couple days a week. 2 Days A Week Minimum.
Very happy to arrange a schedule.
Ideally looking to share with people who are open minded, fun, down to earth.
Ideally they work out of the house so I can sing freely without disturbing them....
I Recieve Benefits Longterm, this is my business, not yours or anyone elses. My income is more stable than a working professional, until this changes I can gurantee payments for 3-5 Years upon my next review.
I have worked for years within the Hospitality and Healthcare trades. I Managed a hotel and lead a team of 65 Staff. As well as everything else that goes into that kind of business.
I also used to be Team Leader within the Healthcare trade. DOLS Assessor, Key Holder, Medication Trained, Health & Safety Manager, Admin and So on.
My Head is FIRMLY SCREWED ON - If not slightly unhinged, but all the best ones are!!
I will need a tenenacy agreement as I am entitled to LHA Rates for my accomodation.
I can gurantee rent every month.
FOR THE NEXT 3-5 YEARS - HOWEVER I PLAN TO MOVE TO EITHER THE STATES OR EUROPE TO PROGRESS MY PASSIONS AND CAREER PATH.
SINGING FOR ME IS A MUST AND THAT I AM ABLE TO FREELY SING WITHOUT DISTURBING THE ENTIRE HOISEHOLD OR VISA VERSA. WE ALL HAVE OUR LIVES TO LIVE AND I DO MY BEST TO BE RESPECTFUL.
