29 yo working professional seeking spare room

Hi All!

I am a 29 year old working professional in architecture looking for a single or double room - ideally around south/south-west in Lewisham, Hither Green, Beckenham, Bromley, Forest Hill, Catford, Norwood & Crystal Palace, but I can be flexible on location.

I am available to move from 25/04/2026 and have a budget of £1100pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.

A little bit about me: I am clean and tidy and always clean up after myself, and enjoy getting to know new people, but respect others’ space. In my spare time, I like visiting museums/galleries, going for walks, meeting up with friends and family, going to restaurants/cafes, cooking (I’m also vegetarian but you don’t have to be!), going for runs, watching TV shows, listening to music and reading! I’m not a party person and much prefer a chilled evening in.
