Looking for Ensuite Room or Flatmate to Buddy Up

Hi! I’m a PhD student at MMU, currently living in a 2B2B flat near Regent Retail Park in Salford. I really like the area as it’s very convenient, with a large Sainsbury’s, JD Sports, Boots, TK Maxx and other shops nearby.

My current tenancy ends on 30 November. My flatmate will be moving out, and I’d be happy to stay here if I can renew the tenancy. If not, I’m looking for either an ensuite room or someone to share a 2B2B flat with, ideally in a similarly convenient area.

A bit about me: I’m clean, quiet and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m usually quite busy with my PhD research. I also have a cat — he’s cute and active, but well-behaved and not destructive.

I’d prefer to live with a female flatmate who is also clean, respectful and enjoys a calm and tidy home environment.
