Looking for a room in a shared house

Hi there,

I'm a mental healthcare professional, open minded, educated, speak three languages, tidy, reliable, sensible, punctual with rent payments - references available. I don't smoke or have pets but I'm ok with pets in the household or people smoking outside. Additionally, I work in London Thursday to Saturday so don't stay in Kent for the entire week.

I'm looking for a room to rent in Canterbury, Ramsgate, Deal, Sandwich or Folkestone (towns with easy access to London).

I'm not keen on living with property owners because of restrictions and high rental prices for those restrictions but if you're an easy going and reasonable live-in landlord/ landlady you're welcome to share your offer too.
