Looking for a small, self-contained accommodation

I’m urgently looking for a small, self-contained place to live, such as a studio or a house annex, in London or the surrounding areas of Surrey and Kent.

About me: I’m a single, quiet, clean and tidy middle-aged black female. Non-smoker, no children and no pets.

I’m open to:

House-sitting. If you travel often and want someone reliable to look after your home while you’re away, I’d be glad to help.

Property guardianship. If you’re a private landlord with a vacant property, I can provide a live-in presence to help deter squatters and vandals, and keep the place looked after.

A small space attached to a larger property would also be ideal.
