British Italian & Androgynous seeking a room

Hi everyone.. I'm Antonio and I am looking to rent a large room in and around the Bovey and Chudleigh area. Somewhere where I can call it home.
I am simply looking to rent a spacious room where I would have all my belongings in a tidy manner and be able to park my van in an actual drive or parking place.

I've rented in the past around Liverton and Ilsington and have had pretty good experiences and the rooms were an average of 18 ft by 12ft. I do understand that I am being particular and that room only rents have gone crazy so obviously it's gotta be realistic.

Been married and did all that just to give you a heads up that I am not just some single guy who drives a compact van and goes to work. I'm very androgynous and very clean and not into drinking or smoking. Love cooking, fitness, hiking and the great outdoors and helping out.

I Could also entertain the idea to buddy up or split the rent if it's affordable including the bills.

I own a small van for work and have no kids or screaming ex wife.
