Looking for a room in a friendly and social space

My landlord is selling my current place so I am looking for a double room in a friendly, social house share.

I am hoping to find somewhere in East/North East London, ideally inside the area on the last picture.

About me: I'm a 27 year old civil servant (economist at Defra). I currently work from home around 50% of the week with the rest of the week spent in my office in Westminster.

I have lived in London for a few years but I'm currently looking for a new place as my landlord is selling my current house so would want to move around early November but can be flexible for the right place.

I'm big into film, enjoy going to the cinema and regularly go to live music when I can. I love to keep active with various activities in London including running, climbing and cycling and I also enjoy watching sport. I've lived in various house shares at uni and in London so know how important it is to stay tidy and be respectful of other housemates and would describe myself as a very clean and tidy person.

I'm really keen to have a house that feels like a proper home rather than just a room to sleep in, so would love a friendly, social environment, whilst also respecting individual personal space
