28 year old looking for friendly house share

Hi!

I'm 28 and will be moving to London late December / early January for a new job after having lived in NZ & Aus for the past few years ☺️

I’m looking for a double room with space for a desk as I’ll be working from home 2 days a week. I’d ideally like to live near Finsbury Park or Highbury / Islington as my work is just north of London so I need to be close to the train line and good transport links.

I enjoy exploring new places, going to the gym/pilates, travelling, going out for food/coffee as well as just chilling with friends or on the sofa with a book & a peppermint tea!

I'd love to live with likeminded, friendly people who enjoy hanging out & exploring London but who are also considerate of each others space/downtime. I do already have a few friends up in London but am hoping for a house that feels like a home. I’ve lived in lots of houseshares before, both in the UK and abroad, so promise i’m a considerate and tidy housemate too!

Budget would ideally be max £1000 inc bills but this can be flexible. Happy to buddy up as well as join an existing flatshare.
