Room for professional, flexible on lease

I work 8.30 to 5.30pm minimum at a film studio in Hackney Wick so I'm looking for somewhere cosy and peaceful to spend the evenings after work. I'm hoping to start on a shorter tenancy initially, but would love to extend if everyone's happy! I love a chat in the kitchen, the occasional pub trip and dinner party but would love to have a good amount of personal space, and somewhere that values a calmer environment during the weekdays. If you have a dog, that's a huge bonus!
