Hello, I'm looking for a flat in Zone 1 & 2, preferably a 1-bedroom or studio, or a shared flat with flatmates.
Available to move in from Sept 7. (For the right flat, the starting date can be flexible!)
About me: I am relocating from Canada for a new job (full-time) and am happy to do virtual viewings before I fly over in September! I'm looking for a rental term of at least 6 months, as I’m potentially moving in with friends after.
I have lived and worked in London previously (in banking) in Canary Wharf and Greenwich - on my own and with a flatmate. I have a British short hair cat at home, and sadly, I won’t be bringing him over. I also have dog-sat experience, so I’m perfectly fine with pet friends!
I speak English, Mandarin and French!
Looking for a maximum of one female roommate. I’m a light sleeper, and I prefer no party flats, sorry. Also, I'm looking for my private bathroom 😊.
I’m very easygoing, clean, and enjoy reading and going on hikes. I am currently working in the public sector around Islington, preferably with a commute of under 30 minutes. I will be working from home 2 days a week.
