Easy going and calm couple & a double room.

My partner and I are looking for a room in a calm, warm and friendly home.
He works full time / while studying too and I am looking for work, I am a creative person.
We come with a 9 year old Cat, indoors, who's well behaved and mostly sleeps in boxes. ( He's never been around other pets. )


We’re both clean, respectful, open, friendly and reliable people and have a long history of renting. ( should you need any references )
My partner and I are both non smokers and while we have put no to smoking - we understand that some people smoke, vape and alright with it.
Looking to be in the property 7 days a week.
