I a🏠 SPARE ROOM WANTED

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a spare room in a homeowner-occupied house in Newry, Bessbrook or nearby, Belfast from around October 2026 for 4–5 months.

I’m a 51-year-old Malaysian woman, non-smoker, quiet, clean and respectful. I’ll be in the area for academic/research collaboration and would mainly be working/studying.

I’m ideally looking for something around £400–£550 per month, but I’m open to a lodger arrangement or a lower-cost arrangement where I contribute towards household bills, if someone has a spare room and would prefer a reliable person rather than a full rental arrangement.

I’m especially interested in:
• Homeowners with an unused spare bedroom
• Older homeowners/couples with a room available
• Quiet households
• Longer-term lodger arrangements
• Newry, Bessbrook or nearby villages, Belfast, Derry
