Double room for a couple

My name is Barbara Kadas-Csernai. My husband, Steve, and I currently live in London and are planning to relocate to Milton Keynes, where we are looking for a long-term rental property.

We are both professionals and run an established UK limited company specialising in online marketing, website development and AI.

I recently graduated from London Metropolitan University with a First Class BSc in Banking and Finance, and I am currently looking for a finance or administrative position in Milton Keynes as part of our relocation.

We believe we would be reliable, responsible tenants. We have lived in our current rented home for four and a half years and have always paid our rent on time. A reference from our current letting agency can be provided.

We both hold settled status in the UK, and our household consists of two adults with no children.

We are ideally looking for a two-bedroom flat or small house, although we would also consider a suitable one-bedroom property or house share initially. Our budget is approximately £1,100–£1,300 per calendar month, excluding council tax and utility bills.

A furnished property with white goods would be preferable, although this is not essential.

We are now available for in-person viewings with reasonable notice and would be happy to act quickly if we found the right property.
