Searching for a double room

Hi im Kat, im Irish and I’m moving out of my 1 bed flat on the quays to try to save some money and maybe live a bit closer to town. I work for the Civil Service in town too so somewhere close would be handy. I’m really clean, and love cooking and watching movies/tv. I’m always up for doing something so would like a flatmate I could go for a drink and stuff with, more like a friend! I’ve lived with loads of people in house shares over the years so I’m mindful to be respectful of people’s space and need for quiet too. I also go running a few times a week so a little gym buddy would be nice too ☺️
