I'm willing to pay £100 per week to someone who doesn't like living alone... I hardly ever go out these days.

Happy to do odd jobs around your home weekly and also walk your dog daily too :)

I got my last enhanced DBS in 2022 to enable me to become an elderly befriender for a well-known UK charity.

I'm divorcing.

The more home help you need (or care) the more you'll need to reduce my rent, or remove it altogether.
