Looking for an Annex to Rent – Portsmouth

I’m looking for a self-contained annex or studio-style property to rent in Portsmouth or the surrounding areas. I work full-time in the Portsmouth Dockyard and I’m looking for a 12-month tenancy or longer.

I can provide 4 years of landlord references and always take great care of where I live. I’m clean, tidy, and respectful — I spend most of my time working or relaxing at home.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
• A private annex or detached unit
• Parking space for one vehicle
• Furnished or part-furnished
• Access to outdoor space would be a bonus

I’m flexible with move-in dates and can provide proof of employment and references straight away.
