Charlie & Patrick (couple)

Hello everyone!

We’re Patrick (26) and Charlie (31), a professional couple looking for something long-term (least 12 months)

We are looking at 2-bedroom apartments. Patrick and Charlie sharing one room and the other person sharing the other room. Overall looking at properties up to £2100 a month with the expectation of the 3rd person paying £800-£900 on rent and us paying the remaining rent value with bills being split 3 ways.

We are looking in the Chiswick, Gunnersbury, Hammersmith area. We are hoping to move quickly as our tenancy ends at the end of December so have already started viewing a few properties.

A bit about us:

Patrick works in marketing, based in the City and in the office 4 days a week. Charlie works from home as an account manager, so he’s around during the day.

We’re easy-going, friendly, and respectful of others’ space. While we enjoy a chat or a night out, we also value a bit of downtime and privacy.

We’re both tidy (Charlie may be known to colour coordinates his clothes in the wardrobe so no worries about us leaving the kitchen in a mess). In our free time, Patrick enjoys video gaming (happy to team up if you’re into it!), while Charlie is an expert in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

On weekends, you’ll likely find us exploring London, trying new spots for food (always keen on a nice pub), and making the most of the city. We’d love to find a cosy place with like-minded housemates!
