Wanted Large Studio Flt-No Shared Bathroom

Looking for a Long-Term Studio / Large Ensuite Room (Budget: up to £1,400 pcm)

Only properties with a private ensuite bathroom (WC & shower) inside the room will be considered.

I won't be responding to listings that don't match the requirements below.

My requirements
Private ensuite bathroom (no shared WC or bathroom)
Spacious studio or large loft studio, or a very large ensuite room
Minimum size: 20m²
Plenty of natural light, as I do hand sewing
Maximum 500 metres from a train station or bus stop
Quiet residential street (some normal noise is fine, but no constant door slamming, loud phone conversations, or frequent house/garden parties)
Close to a decent supermarket
Not on a busy main road
Long-term let only

I am not looking for:
Shared bathrooms
Small single or double rooms
Tiny studios where there is little living space
Ground-floor accommodation (an annex may be considered)
Short lets
Unfinished studio flats
Live-in landlords

About me
I'm looking for a place for myself only.
Rent is always paid on time (references/proof available)
Non-smoker
Don't drink or use drugs
No pets
No children
No parties
I'm friendly and respectful of other people's space. I'm also extremely clean and tidy, clean my home weekly, don't wear shoes indoors, and take great care of the property. I also cook cleanly and keep the home free of cooking odours.

I'm flexible on location and move-in date.

I'm currently living in a high-rise, but I'm looking to move because the noise from the nearby railway line has become increasingly disruptive.
