Looking for a Room in a 2-Bed Flat (Female Only)

Hi! I’m looking for an ensuite double room in a female-only 2-bed, 2-bath flat.
Long-term stay, 1 year minimum.
NO Live-in Landlord situation please.
VERY FLEXIBLE to any suitable areas with decent commute time to Farringdon.
FLEXIBLE move-in dates (but earliest is December, I currently have a 2-months notice)

My budget is £1000-£1300 (all bills included) BUT depending on closeness to central London (Farringdon), I’m flexible up to £1500 total.

A bit about me:
I’m a cloud engineer (26F) working in central
London. Moved to the UK in 2022 and been living in house-shares since, so I’m very clean and respectful of others. I’m a homebody so I’m looking for a place that could be home and would love to find someone that I can trust and also become good friends with.
It’d be nice if we have common interests but these are not blockers because I totally respect privacy and alone time, so I’m also fine with a cordial & respectful flatmate who values a clean home and communicates well.
