Hi! I’m moving to London and looking for a reasonably sized double room OR buddy up to find a flat.
Flat-share with 1 or 2 other female flatmate(s).
Flexible to move in between Dec 29 2025 and 10 Jan 2026.
Must be Ensuite or private bathroom.
Must be Female only.
Must have some space in the room for my desk setup (I work hybrid, 2-3 days in office).
Very flexible with location but maximum commute time to Farringdon station: 1 hour
Budget is £1300 (bills included) but flexible depending on the location and nearness to Farringdon.

I’m a cloud engineer, been living in house-shares for 3 years, super clean and respectful of others, would love to share with someone that could become a friend but totally respect privacy and alone time.
