Short let wanted

I am a postgrad (masters) student looking for a 2-7 month let living with women only (no couples). I prefer properties with a modern finish. I can only live in a property with 4 bedrooms max and share a bathroom with one other person. This is a dealbreaker.

I am passionate about fitness so ideally there should be a gym nearby.

I am not interested in living with males or with families who have kids. Those are dealbreakers.
