Female (26) seeks an ensuite room

Hi, I’m a 26 year old female looking for an ensuite room from mid-November onwards. I have a budget of around £900-1000 pcm. I live in Edinburgh and so am available for an in-person viewing. I work on a hybrid basis and travel a couple of times a month for that. I’m clean, tidy and love being in the outdoors. I like living in a relatively quiet place due to my workload and because I’m self-studying for exams, but other than that I’m up to socialising whenever :) I’m also okay with pets and can provide references if required!
