Room rent

I am seeking somewhere I can call home: no horrible roommates and respectful people, as I am tired of constantly moving and living with terrible people. I am looking for a spacious room with a decent kitchen and bathroom, with easy access to public transport. I make a lot of content, so having the space will be perfect for me.
I, am a great person to be around and very easygoing ( only if I am respected). I am clean, and I like to keep my environment very tidy, so I will most definitely clash with someone who doesn't like to keep the place clean.
