Hello, I'm a working professional, currently working full time with Amazon in Knowsley Warehouse.

Key criteria:

Entire Studio Flat, Terraced House or 1-2 Bedroom Flat.

Ideally in Toxteth / Sefton or Anfield, but don't mind.

Budget £1,200 per month.

6 month - 1 year Contract Period.

Available to move in before 6th March 2026

It's myself & my wife that are both looking for a place to move-in to together.

I can provide references from my current Landlord, but will not be able to pass a credit check. If a credit check is required please don't contact me. I can only provide proof of employment & income with bank statements.

I prefer direct contact with private landlords.
