Looking for a studio | Finsbury Park

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a lovely studio flat or a spacious double en-suite room around Finsbury Park or Manor House, ideally within walking distance of either station.

My budget is around £1,200 per month, ideally including bills, although I’m happy to consider places without bills included if they’re a great fit. I’m looking to move between 20th November and early December, ideally by 7th December.

I’ve been living in my current flat for quite a while and was very happy to stay, but unfortunately my landlord’s circumstances have changed and he needs to move back into the property. So here I am, looking for a new place to call home!

Ideally, I’d love a bright, cosy studio with my own kitchen, washing machine and enough space for a desk. I’m also open to a spacious double en-suite room with a proper private bathroom in a smaller shared house, preferably with just a few people.

A little about me:

I’m 35 and have been living in London for a few years now. I’ve recently graduated with my second degree in Music Business and have a creative background in music and theatre.

I’m friendly, sociable and easy to get along with, but I also enjoy my independence and respect other people’s personal space. I’m a big coffee lover, enjoy cooking and absolutely love baking! Always happy to share something homemade or have a nice chat over coffee.

I often spend weekends at my partner’s place, although I’d also like to have him over occasionally.

I’m a very clean, tidy and organised person. I genuinely enjoy making a space feel cosy and welcoming. I always clean up after myself, never leave dirty dishes in the sink and love a home where everything has its place. A calm, comfortable environment without unnecessary clutter is really important to me.

I’m not looking for a party house, just somewhere peaceful, bright and well maintained, with good ventilation and no damp or mould issues. Somewhere that feels like a proper home rather than just a place to sleep.

If sharing, I’d love to live with friendly, mature and considerate people in their late 20s to 40s who also appreciate cleanliness, privacy and a relaxed atmosphere.
