Looking for a 1 bed flat or a double room

Myself and my partner are looking for a double room or a 1 bed flat with own bathroom and a garden or yard is there any landlord is willing to except universal credit which ever available at this moment we are both on universal credit im looking for work . Also we are struggling to find a place we are good rent payers also we are genuine people who are easy going. If possible with a low bond or we can workout a bond
We like a place to rent from a private landlord can move anytime. We are wanting to move as the flat where in live it's not suitable to live in so we need to move out ' so if any landlords please get in touch hope to hear from you
