Looking for a Room

Looking for a Room to Rent from 24th July

I'm looking for a quiet, clean and peaceful room to rent from 24th July. Having a calm and respectful home is very important to me, as I value peace, good sleep and a tidy living environment.

My preferred area is BT1–BT8, but I'm happy to consider any suitable location.

My maximum budget is £600 per month, including all bills.

A little about me:

Non-smoker
I don't drink
I don't party
Clean, tidy and respectful
Reliable and easy to live with

I'm moving out of my current accommodation because, unfortunately, the house has become extremely noisy, with frequent arguments and shouting both during the day and late at night. It's reached the point where I haven't been able to get a proper night's sleep for weeks. I'm simply looking for a home where people respect each other and where peace and quiet are valued.

At the end of August I'll be travelling to Poland for around two weeks. Under normal circumstances I'd have no problem paying the deposit immediately. However, because I'm having to move out unexpectedly, it's very unlikely that I'll receive my current deposit back before I leave.

If it would be possible to pay the deposit after I return from Poland, I would really appreciate it. Of course, I would pay the rent from the first day as normal, and I would pay the full deposit immediately after returning. I completely understand if this isn't possible, but I wanted to be honest about my situation.
