A studio or annexe in Isle of Wight or N. Ireland.

I´m looking for a short term tenancy, 1 month living space, preferably a studio or annexe, on the Isle of Wight, non-industrial, the South/West/ East-coast of IOW, or on the coast of N. Ireland: Newcastle in county Down, Rostrevor, Ballintoy Giant Causeway, Donegal - or the Antrim Coast.

Castleruddery is an option too. NOT in Belfast itself or any large city. Secondly, I'd welcome a similar living space in S. Ireland, in the Burren, Fanore, Galway, Cork (edge of town) or Killarney, but I assume that EU part of Ireland isn't included in the adverts.

I'm a Dutch pensioner, gardener, and craftswoman, fond of nature, walking, and cycling, exploring the countryside, coastal areas, and history of Britain, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

I´m familiar with house-sitting as well, on both sides of the North Sea Channel. Lived 5 years in the South-west of Britain on Dartmoor.

Garden-maintenance was often part of the rental contract, to keep the rent reasonable, during my years in Britain (2015-2020) I'm a retired Nanny, and a happy pensioner since 2015.
