I´m looking for a short term tenancy, in a coastal area, preferably a studio or annexe, the South/West/ East-coast of IOW, or on the coast of N. Ireland: Newcastle in county Down, Donegal, Connemara, or the Antrim Coast.
East-and West Sussex as well, Tintagel, and York or Newcastle-on-Tyne. The seaside is welcome, a fishing village, small towns, countryside, rural, as long as a bus-service connects with shops and a railway station.
I'm a Dutch pensioner, gardener, and craftswoman, fond of nature, walking, and cycling, exploring the countryside, coastal areas, and history of Britain, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
I´m familiar with house-sitting as well, on both sides of the North Sea Channel. Lived 5 years in Britain, in Somerset from July 2015-2016 and in Devon on Dartmoor from July 1st 2016 - March 2020.
Garden-maintenance was often part of the rental contract, to keep the rent reasonable, during my years in Britain I'm a retired daytime-Nanny, and a happy pensioner since July 2015.
