Studio/double room to call home

Hi,

I am a single professional and love the South East, don't you? I am looking to rent a studio or room with en suite, self-contained or with one/two others; a place to call home – long-term.

It can be furnished or part-furnished with access to kitchen, speedy Wi-Fi and washing machine. Location relatively central (Brighton, Worthing, Eastbourne) - near public transport is paramount. A garden would be nice but is not essential. I have no pets and never missed it. This said I have a can-do attitude to most things if the right opportunity comes along. Budget is dependent on property but would prefer to rent with bills included to avoid surprises.

To my person:
Although I am middle-aged I don't feel it. I am easy-going, friendly, tidy, clean, respectful and quiet and hope to find those qualities in others. I value privacy and like the idea of healthy living and outdoor-quality-time. Currently, I have a desk-job and work from home. However, my background is in the arts. Originally I am from the EU but lived mostly in London. I am fond of books and films.

I am looking to move early summer; exact date can be discussed.
