Studio/double room to call home

Hi,

I am middle-aged but don't feel it. I am trustworthy, reliable and fun-loving. I also am easy-going, friendly, tidy and quiet. I would like to live in a place which is easy-going, friendly, tidy and quiet. Currently, I have a desk-job but used to be very arty. This said I'm always tinkering with creative projects. I value privacy and respect, also like the idea of healthy living and outdoor quality time. I am originally from the EU but lived mostly in London. My vice: I enjoy movies which tell interesting stories. I like walks and healthy living and nothing to excess.

I love Brighton and could be working hybrid. I am looking for a clean double room in flat/house with one/two others; a place to call home near shops and/or public transport, furnished or part-furnished with access to kitchen, en-suite (preferably), sound Wi-Fi connection and washing machine. A garden would be nice but is not essential and not too keen on pets. I am looking to move mid October.

This said, I have a can-do attitude and although I made a neat list above I would compromise for the right opportunity. Budget is dependent on property.
