Tidy Professional (24M) seeks room in/near Slough

I am starting a new job in Slough on 23rd March. I would like to move in to accommodation on Sunday 22nd March.

Ideally, I need a place to live for 12 months. However, I am open to short term stays. I'll be working full-time.

About me:
- I am a 24 year old male. I graduated with a masters degree in Chemical Engineering in 2025.
- I enjoy cooking and do so most days. I like cooking from scratch. I am clean and tidy.
- I enjoy watching films and listening to music; going on walks/hikes; making things; chatting with house mates.

I am mainly looking at places near to Slough business estate, as I will be working in this area. I am open to look at other places if the price is right and the ability to get to work on public transport is suitable (I don't drive).
I am interested in Windsor and Maidenhead, as well as Slough. I am from the North and am not that familiar with the area as of yet, so I would be open to other towns, as long as I can get transport to work.

I am currently a lodger, in Nottingham. I have previously been a lodger while I was in Canada for 3 months and during my placement year, in Oxfordshire. I can get references, if required.

My absolute max budget is £850pcm. Realistically, I am mainly looking at somewhere between £500-£800 pcm.

Main areas I am looking at currently: Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor.
