Looking for Room from June

○ Since I will be coming from outside the UK, I will need to go through the visa process. It will not be possible for me to relocate to the suggested location before June. Please take this into consideration and reach to me ○

I need to move to Southampton in June for a new job opportunity. For this reason, I am looking for a room starting from June for an initial period of 3 months, after which I will evaluate the possibility of finding my own place. I am an engineer and 34 (F) years old.


I would really appreciate it if you could provide information about:

○ The safety situation of the area where the room is located and its proximity to public transportation (from the place you offer to Woolston everyweek day)

○ Your expectations around kitchen and shared area use.

I keep shared areas clean and I am happy to follow any cleaning schedules you have.

I believe I communicate well and value clear, respectful communication.

I cook my own meals daily and always clean the kitchen after use. I am tidy and organised.

I like pets and would have no issue with them, as long as they do not go onto my bed in the room.

I will be moving from outside the UK, although I have previously had the opportunity to live in the UK for a short period. Until I get to know the city, I would prefer to agree on an initial 3-month stay. After the first 3 months, I would be happy to discuss continuing, depending on the situation for both sides.
