Room wanted! Alicia, 32, please read info

Hi!

I’m Alicia, looking for a room as unfortunately my current landlord is looking to sell. I have lived in the same property in Fulham for the last 3 years with the landlord and can provide a reference.

I work in the luxury beauty industry for L’Oréal in head office. I’m 32, fun and sociable but equally appreciate my own space. Enjoy being outside in the fresh air, anything creative from cooking/baking to artsy activities. I’m very respectful, clean and tidy and enjoy meeting new people. I’m quite a warm person and very easy to get on with. I enjoy socialising/going out on occasion but love just relaxing with a coffee and some music as I potter around the house when I’m not working!

I work from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days.

Looking for a double room, (preferably with an en-suite but not a deal breaker!) in a good location for an easy commute to White City. Ideally all bills included in a well presented, clean and tidy property in a safe area. Open to living with anyone that shares the same values, preferably professionals between 30-40 that enjoy socialising and space in equal measure. Tidiness and respect for eachother in communal areas i. e. kitchen is a must for me!
