Hi my name is Lee.

I hope you are well.

I am am a chilled, easy going guy looking for his next home.

I have been staying with family members since September last year as my last landlord told everybody to move out, as she wanted to sell the house (in a housing crisis!). This means I can move relatively quickly for the right place BUT I am a distance out of London and I don't drive. Weekends are better for viewing as I still have to work and can't necessarily take time off work without notice.
However, once moved in, I do prioritise rent, will clean up after myself but I don't drive, don't smoke, don't drink, I am friendly and approachable but can respect people's need for space as I will want mine.

For me, size of room noe seems to be more of a priority than anything else.

Areas interested in moving to:
- East London (Shoreditch, Hackney, Limehouse, Walthamstow, Clapton, Whitechapel)
- South East London (Lewisham, Catford, Forest Hill, Camberwell, Deptford)


but I am happy to consider West or Central London but depends on rent and size of room.

Please note -
I am not always good at replying to messages but they are read and will act on them asap if not suitable. I am several miles outside of London and cannot always view during the week because of either distance or work.
