Hi my name is Lee.

I hope you are well.

I am currently looking for a new home, having spent ten years living in a house share. Due to the housing crisis, I am currently living with parents despite my job being in London.

** Please note: I am currently dog sitting whilst my parents are on holiday. Therefore, I will be unable to view anything before 6th September. I can do viewings virtually of that is possible **

For me, size of room now seems to be more of a priority than anything else and I am looking at studio or one bed flats but I am open to anything as long as there is the space I need and some storage.

For landlords, rent will always be a priority and paid on time and I do clean and tidy up after myself. I do not drive so viewings would have to be either virtual or at the weekend.

Ideally, I am open to anywhere largish, quirky, near tube trains and nothing near where I work.
