Hi my name is Lee.

I hope you are well.

I am very chilled, sociable, easy going, and open to exploring London. However, I don't smoke or drink and may have to be up early for work. For landlords, rent will always be a priority and paid on time.

I am currently looking for a new home, having spent ten years living in a house share.
Please note: Although I am not currently living in London, I do work in London as I am staying with family members after my landlord wanted to sell the house. I do not drive so viewings would have to be either virtual or at the weekend.

I can work anywhere but prefer to live away from where I work (I don't like taking it home with me). But I am open to other locations for the right place.
For me, size of room now seems to be more of a priority than anything else.


I am not interested in sublets.
