Description
Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening... however the world finds you.
I hope you are well.
My name is Lee and I am looking for my next room or flat.
I have spent 2.5 years living in a relatives house, who kindly let me stay with them following my former landlord of ten year's wish to sell the house. In a housing crisis.
I work in London in the public sector but I don't live there at present. I need to be working back in the office full time by the end of February. I don't drive and I am training someone at work, so I am limited in viewing properties in person in all but the weekend (or virtual if possible).
I am easy going, hard working, I don't drink or smoke, not a fan of pubs, a self-diagnosed caffeine addict and happy to chat with people. I do like my own space, I am career driven, and appreciate people have the same themselves.
What I am looking for is a room of a reasonable size (nothing the size of a shoe box unless there is available space I can rent or use). I'm not a fan of those that resemble hotel rooms, although at this stage, I can't be too fussy. You can guarantee I will be. I am not too bothered about where as long as I can get into work and it isn't in the same Borough I work in. I have areas I would love to move to but am open to interesting places - there are some quirky ones I have seen in the time I have been looking.
Due to work, current location, transport, I am unable to just get up and view somewhere at a moment's notice. If I am not interested, please don't be offended but I will use the automatic reply button. You may have to message me several times before I reply.
Rent will always be a priority as will work.
If you have any questions, please ask.
Thank you for your time, sorry for the long-winded message.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Wishes
Lee
