Hi,

I'm a full-time Project Accountant working remotely on a major project and am looking for clean, furnished accommodation with a suitable environment for both living and home working.

Ideally, I'm looking for a cottage, annexe, studio or other self-contained accommodation, although I would also consider a room in a small, quiet household.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Private bathroom or en-suite (no shared bathroom)
- Reliable WiFi suitable for full-time home working
- Dedicated workspace suitable for full-time home working, either within the room or elsewhere within the accommodation, with appropriate desk and seating.
- Furnished accommodation
- Double room or self-contained accommodation
- Dedicated off-road parking for one small car
- Non-smoking environment
- Quiet location with minimal traffic and neighbour noise
- No accommodation with another household living directly above

ABOUT ME

I'm tidy, respectful, easy-going and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I value a peaceful home environment and would be best suited to a smaller household with mature, considerate housemates rather than a large house share or HMO.

I'm initially seeking accommodation while continuing my search for a permanent home, although I would happily consider a longer arrangement if the right opportunity came along.
