Professional Seeking Quiet Accommodation

Hi,

I'm looking for a furnished cottage, annex, studio, independent living space, or a room in a quiet and respectful house share.

A peaceful environment is far more important to me than luxury.

I'm a Project Accountant working in Cornwall. My role is flexible, so I need reliable WiFi and a dedicated workspace within the room or accommodation for regular home working when required. A shared lounge or kitchen table would not be practical as a regular workspace.

A genuinely quiet environment is extremely important to me. Properties close to busy roads, significant traffic noise, or heavily trafficked areas are unlikely to be suitable. I'm looking for somewhere peaceful, both for day-to-day living and when working from home.

I require dedicated off-road parking for one small car and am seeking a clean, non-smoking and respectful home environment.

In shared accommodation, I would strongly prefer an en-suite or private bathroom, together with a smaller household of mature and considerate housemates.

I'm considerate, tidy, easy-going and respectful of other people's privacy and space. My interests include nature, the coast, photography, writing, art and good conversation.

Initially, I'm looking for short-term accommodation while continuing my search for a permanent home, although I would be happy to discuss a longer arrangement if the right opportunity comes along.
