Working Professional Couple Seeking 2 Bed+ Home

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are a professional couple in our early-to-mid 30s, recently married, and looking for a home we can settle into longer term.

We both work in Central London, around Moorgate and London Bridge, and are considering locations across London and Greater London, provided the commute to our offices is around one hour or less.

We’re looking for:

Minimum 2 bedrooms — unfortunately, we are not considering 1-bedroom properties or studios

Ideally 2 bathrooms, although we are happy to consider properties with 1 bathroom

Ideally within walking distance of a Tube and/or rail station with good connections into Central London

Furnished or unfurnished — we are completely flexible on this

A flat or house that we can genuinely make our home for the longer term

We have both rented privately for over 10 years and can provide strong references. We’re tidy, considerate and respectful tenants and would look after the property as our own.

We’re very open on area and happy to consider London or Greater London locations as long as there is a practical commute of around an hour or less to Moorgate and London Bridge.
